2. Each, 1(One)-Xerox copy of Provisional certificate, Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate (HSLC Examination passed).

4. Each, 2(Two)-copies of category certificate (OBC/SC/ST).
5. 1- Xerox copy of Aadhar Card.
